Live chat
Messages you send through the live chat are used to answer your question. Chat transcripts are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Please do not share medical details or other sensitive information in chat. For anything urgent, call 888-305-9967.
Information you send through our forms
When you use our contact form, patient survey or job applications, we use what you send only for that purpose: to respond to your message, to review and improve our service, or to consider your application. Submissions are delivered to the Republic EMS staff responsible for them and stored on systems with restricted access. We do not sell the information you give us.
